In my sustainable kitchen revamp package, we will get your kitchen into shape. We’ll rid all of the toxins from the most important room of your house, your kitchen. Don’t worry–you won’t go hungry! I’ll suggest alternates for all of your current products that are healthier and safer for your family. My kitchen revamp is a multi-step project that covers the following:

• Coaching on healthier eating, including how to avoid ultra-processed foods
• Your food goals
• Pantry clean-up & Re-stock
• Refrigerator clean-up & Re-stock
• Freezer clean-up & Re-stock
• Advice on purchasing healthier, safer and more sustainable products
• Kitchen smallwares upgrade with safer products

This service entails one month of coaching as follows:

• One hour initial consultation to discuss your lifestyle, food, cooking and goals
• Week 1: pantry revamp
• Week 2: refrigerator revamp
• Week 3: freezer revamp
• Week 4: Smallwares update
• Week 5: suggestions on purchasing sustainable, healthy food
• Final Consultation 

Required before beginning revamp:

• A list of your current products to be replaced
• Organization & food storage containers
